Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end operations and delivery of the IPDRG coding service line, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance.
  • Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence to meet performance targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service offerings, improve client outcomes, and grow business opportunities.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation for optimal operational effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, handling complex issues and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service delivery with organizational objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve performance goals and professional growth.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for innovation.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth understanding of service line management, operational processes, and service delivery models.
  • Financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to handle complex client issues and deliver customized Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.

    • Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in Operations and Delivery or a similar role.
  • Mandatory experience in IPDRG coding specialty with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and team leadership
