Team ridl is hiring a Creative Graphic Designer (preferably with Figma experience) to work as an extended creative arm for the company’s vision.

Together, we’ll be designing gaming tools, website UIs, our upcoming apps, and other gaming paraphernalia.

As a Creative Designer, you will be working closely with the founders to add up to the company’s design ideas and bring them to reality with your creativity and design skills.

It’s a team that will give you the freedom to think out of the box, imagine to your fullest potential, and create universes of ideas that resonate with the brand.

Your key responsibilities will be-

Understanding the company’s vision.

Designing UIs for apps, games, websites. Basically, whatever we need, you design (from an image to a whole tool).

We don't work for 12 hours and praise manual labour- MOSTLY, come with an attitude of giving your best 8 hours of productivity & creativity- to then recharge positively once resting.

Complementing the founders during the design process.

Being on a lookout for new ideas that can benefit the brand.

Taking ownership of the UI design process and execution for all of ridl’s products.

Tool proficiency- Yes, it goes without saying, but at ridl we take no half measures! You can use the tool of your choice, we only expect perfection. Still, brownie points for Figma.

What you will need?

We would like to see a couple of your worth it designs.

The zeal to learn and improve everyday.

Problem solving skills to walk around roadblocks and bring a solution-oriented approach to the table.

Conceptual thinking to quickly comprehend design directions, ideas, suggestions, and propositions by the founders.

Passion for design and a desire to create flows that solve the smallest problems.

If you have a screen time of more than 3 hours on weekdays- for leisure, combined- we don't need drained creatives, kindly block us.

If you have read it, prove it- design a minimal wallpaper with our logo and your favourite hilarious / motivational quote and send it to us on- hireme@ridl.gg with a small 100 words enlightenment on "why you love design."

AN ADVICE- don't ChatGPT, we are very good at SEO, you'll be blocked.

Education- just be a good designer.
