visit) + 1% on revenue

Role Summary

You will manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closure, ensuring high-quality

client interactions, timely site visits, and accurate CRM updates. The ideal candidate brings prior

real estate experience, strong communication, and familiarity with the Noida market.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify leads, understand client needs, and present suitable property options.
• Organize and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.
• Maintain lead information, follow-ups, and sales records in CRM.
• Negotiate and close transactions with professionalism.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate documentation, payments, and legal

formalities.
