They don’t need hard selling — they need someone who understands.

That’s why we’re hiring a Sales Team Lead who can convert curiosity into trust — and trust into purchases — through calm, consultative conversations.

This is a player-coach role for someone who loves being hands-on : leading by example, guiding others patiently, and showing how genuine listening can turn a conversation into a conversion.

What You’ll Do

Coach (≈ 80 %)

  • Track conversion metrics, connection rates, and revenue trends.
  • Train new team members in empathy-led, education-first selling — “the Hugg Way.”
  • Listen to call recordings and share quick 1-on-1 feedback.
  • Lead morning stand-ups and end-of-day reviews to keep the rhythm strong.

Player (≈ 20 %)

  • Handle escalations or sensitive health conversations.
  • Close a portion of high-intent or complex leads yourself.
  • Model how calm, honest communication consistently wins trust.
  • You’ll Fit Right In If You

  • Live in Mumbai and can work on-site (Mon–Sat | 10 AM–6 PM).
  • Have 2–5 years of consultative-sales experience (Senior Counsellor, Academic Advisor, Senior Executive, etc.).
  • Consistently exceed targets through understanding, not pressure.
  • Are a disciplined operator who values structure, feedback, and consistency.
  • Are fluent in English and Hindi.
  • May come from Health-Tech, Wellness, Ed-Tech or Premium D2C
  • Do not apply if you :

  • Prefer script-based selling only (common in BFSI / telecom BPOs)
  • Think more calls = more sales
  • Are not currently in Mumbai
