Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Human Resources Business Partner. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Additional responsibilities include overseeing performance management processes, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives. Qualifications Experience in Human Resources (HR) and developing HR Policies Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law Proficiency in Performance Management processes Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in the construction or manufacturing sector is a plus
