Full Stack Developer to own our core tech stack and scale it with us.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This role

involves working on the front end and back end of our software solutions, which are built

using HTML5, CSS3, React, Redux, Python, Flask, and RQ. The successful candidate will

be responsible for developing and optimizing our web portals and mobile applications that

play a crucial role in enhancing user engagement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build, ship, and own features end-to-end — from backend APIs to mobile frontends.
• Design and scale our Python (Flask / FastAPI) services running on AWS Serverless
• (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront).
• Integrate user-facing elements developed with server-side logic using Python and
• Flask.
• Develop slick and performant UIs using React Native (mobile) and React.Js (web).
• Manage PostgreSQL schema design, optimization, and migrations.
• Set up and maintain CI / CD pipelines , code reviews, and automated testing.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team on product ideas, quick iterations, and
• architecture decisions.
• Lead by example — help onboard and mentor 1–2 new engineers over the next 3–6
• months.
• Collaborate with the freelance UI designers & Business Team to define, design, and
• ship new features.
• Maintain code integrity and organization & Implement security and data protection
• measures.
• Manage hosting environments, including database administration and scaling
• applications to support load changes.
• Ensure the responsiveness and scalability of applications across all devices, and
• Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Update and maintain the backend services and APIs and provide technical support
• and troubleshooting as necessary.
