Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX) Consultant to manage SAP Real Estate processes, configure system settings, and provide end-to-end solutions for real estate contracts and lease management. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to implement, support, and optimize SAP RE-FX solutions

Required Skills & Experience :

5–8 years of experience in SAP RE-FX module (Lease Administration, Real Estate Management).
Strong understanding of real estate and lease processes , rent calculation, invoicing, and reporting.
Experience in integration with FI / CO, MM, SD, and other SAP modules .
Hands-on experience in SAP configuration, master data management, and contract management .
Good knowledge of SAP reporting and analytics tools (ALV, Fiori apps, BW integration).
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Key Responsibilities :

Configure and implement SAP RE-FX module for lease and real estate management.

Manage master data setup , contract creation, rent calculations, and billing processes.

Support integration with FI / CO, MM, and SD modules .

Analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions in RE-FX.

Provide technical and functional support for SAP RE-FX issues and system enhancements.

Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.

Assist in testing, training, and documentation of SAP RE-FX processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operations and reporting
