Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Chef, located in Kakori. The Hotel Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, designing menus, and managing kitchen staff. The role includes maintaining food safety standards, inventory control, and cost management to ensure budget adherence. The chef will work closely with the Food and Beverage team to enhance the guest dining experience and oversee food presentation. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with management to meet guest needs and exceed expectations.
