(Immediate Start) Senior Manager / AGM - Finance

Job Role : Compliance and Audit

• Oversee all audits : statutory audit, internal audit and IFC audits. Proactively engage with various engagement teams, build plans, ensure timely delivery of information and timely completion of all queries.
• Develop processes and systems across the accounting and finance function to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory norms
• Oversee compliance to accounting norms and procedures with respect to contracts, employee and vendor payments, income tax, TDS, GST, RBI guidelines and other statutory norms
• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls. Ensure alignment with Alkem group where need be. Revise policies to ensure compliance with changing laws in all jurisdictions where the company operates
• Ensure adherence to applicable policies like anti-bribery etc. and initiate actions to strengthen the same in the organization
• Proactively lead all aspects of appropriately establishing accounting, reporting, transfer pricing and revenue recognition models with auditors. Proactively engage Alkem Finance team to ensure alignment with the group.
