We are looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing , with a focus on D2C performance marketing . You’ll be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and more to drive growth and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage high-budget performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns by analyzing key performance metrics and adjusting bids, audiences, and creatives to improve efficiency.
- ROI-driven approach to campaign management, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum return.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to refine ad targeting strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
- A / B test ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Provide insights through data analysis and reporting , offering recommendations for future campaign improvements.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing for a D2C brand .Proven experience managing ₹8L+ monthly ad budgets with strong ROI optimization skills .Deep knowledge of ad platforms (Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, Google Ads, etc.)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with creative and content teams.Hands-on experience in ad creation, copywriting, and audience testing .Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technical or a related field.
