Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharma Store Incharge, located in Bhubaneswar. The Pharma Store Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining adequate inventory levels, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. This role also involves managing customer service interactions and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
• Problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field
