Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end logistics and freight forwarding operations for inbound and outbound transportation from suppliers to factories and from factories to ports of loading in coordination with freight forwarders and third parties
- Maintain and update key logistics data including master data, delivery schedules, stock status, order information, and contract details for seamless coordination between suppliers, procurement, and logistics partners
- Analyze operational logistics performance, communicate status updates to stakeholders, and implement alternative solutions to address disruptions or delays
- Prepare deficiency and status reports on material and product availability to support Project Logistics Management (PLM) activities
- Document and process complaints, transport damages, and non-conformities in coordination with PLM, procurement, insurance, controlling, quality, and engineering teams, and implement corrective measures with service providers
- Coordinate the return of logistics infrastructure and on-site equipment, supporting PLM in managing service provider operations
- Assist PLM in developing, calculating, and executing logistics contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure supply chain continuity
- Support PLM in project evaluations, process improvement initiatives, and advancement of project-specific supply chain processes
- Participate in tender preparation and supplier evaluation to ensure cost-effective logistics solutions
- Manage SAP TM (Transport Management System) updates and maintain accurate data related to purchase orders and transport requests
- Create and process purchase orders in SAP based on TMS bookings and perform PR-to-PO conversions
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports, dashboards, and MIS for stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders globally to resolve process-related issues and ensure service excellence
- Reconcile GR / IR accounts, handle transportation invoice workflows and disputes, and participate in continuous improvement projects
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to integrate logistics processes into broader business systems for operational efficiency
- Support initiatives to automate, standardize, and streamline logistics processes to minimize risks and improve performance
