Job Descriptions :
- Manage the full order-to-delivery cycle for key accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery.
- Handle customer communication, delivery issues, and performance reporting.
- Support continuous improvement in delivery operations and customer satisfaction.
- Be responsible for end-to-end delivery management and client interface across North America, Europe, and India.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or above;preferred majors : Supply Chain, Communications, Electronics.
Fluent in English with strong cross-cultural communication skills.5+ years in electronics supply chain;3+ years in key accountdelivery preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Eletronic data processing tool and MS. Office experience preferred.
