Role : Business Development Manager

Desired Experience : 15+ years

Desired Qualification : Any Graduate / Postgraduate

Job Location : Malad (W), Mumbai.

Desired Skills :

Market Research and Analysis :

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
  • Analyze competitors and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.

Client Acquisition :

  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
  • Acquire at least one new client per month.
  • Sales Strategy Development :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales pitches and presentations.
  • Proposal and Contract Management :

  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals successfully.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting :

  • Monitor and track sales performance against targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Revenue Growth and Margin Targets :

  • 20% of the proposed CTC will be incentive based one
  • For the twelve calendar months since the joining date, following will be the number targets
  • Revenue Target = 10 times the annual CTC
  • Margin Target= 30% of Revenue Target
  • Must Have : IT Staffing industry experience.
