Location : Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru.

Work Type : On-Site (Work from Office), Full Time

Salary Range : ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. This pivotal full-time, on-site (Work from Office) role requires an HR professional to expertly manage key functions including Payroll, Internal HR Audits, and Recruitment . This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about people, process, and performance within the unique environment of a luxury eco-resort.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Recruitment & Onboarding : Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for resort staff, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and ensuring a seamless, welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.

✅ Payroll Management : Efficiently process monthly payroll, manage employee benefits, handle statutory deductions, and ensure accurate and timely disbursement.

✅ Audit & Compliance : Conduct regular internal HR audits to ensure all personnel files, processes, and policies are in strict compliance with labor laws and company standards.

✅ Employee Engagement & Data Management : Support employee engagement initiatives and accurately manage and maintain all employee records and HR data.

✅ Reporting : Generate accurate HR reports related to headcount, recruitment metrics, payroll reconciliation, and compliance status for management review.

Qualifications & Skills

Required :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Experience : 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Payroll, Recruitment, and Internal HR Audit functions.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with staff at all levels.
  • Skills : Strong organizational, interpersonal skills, and the proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with exceptional accuracy.
  • Mindset : Detail-oriented with a proactive, process-driven, and problem-solving approach.

Preferred :

  • Prior experience in the Hospitality Industry (Resorts or Hotels).
  • Working knowledge of HRMS or payroll software systems .
  • A solid understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance standards .
