We’re Hiring : New Product Development Manager

(We’re looking for someone who sits at the intersection of product, sourcing & brand, can spot a great idea, turn it into a real product & make sure it fits the market, the brand and the unit economics.)

What You’ll Do

• Lead NPD from idea to launch across toys / play and home-lifestyle
• Research trends, competitors, materials, and pricing
• Source vendors in India / China, manage sampling, negotiate costs
• Evaluate materials across wood, plastics, coatings, adhesives and FMCG-adjacent categories
• Build PRDs, run testing, and ensure basic quality checks
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and ops for packaging, shoots, and launches
• Own timelines, QC, documentation, and SKU lifecycle
• Drive product-market fit decisions based on D2C, Amazon, and consumer insights
