Role Summary

As an Application Lead , you will be the primary point of contact for application design, development, and delivery. You will oversee the full development lifecycle, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success. This role requires strong technical expertise in Java Full Stack development, modern frameworks, cloud technologies, and leadership skills to drive high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on application development.

Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Own and drive technical decisions for your team and influence multiple teams.

Provide innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.

Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of projects.

Mentor and guide team members for skill development and growth.

Must Have Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development .

Strong proficiency in :

Java 8 and above

Spring / Spring Boot / Hibernate

Front-end frameworks : Angular, React.js

RESTful APIs

Cloud platforms : AWS or Azure

Database systems : MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD pipelines).

Exposure to microservices architecture

Nice to Have

Knowledge of NoSQL databases beyond MongoDB.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Experience in performance tuning and scalability solutions.
