Role & responsibilities
- Contact new and existing dentists to discuss their needs,and to explain how these needs could be met by our product and services.
- Answer customers' questions about products,prices,availability,or discuss offers.
- Reporting Hit Rate Coverage as per the target set by the team
- Ensuring adequate customer conversion and CE
- Maintaining performance of the region as per both individual as well as targets of the team
- Emphasise product features based on analyses of customers needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
