Job Description - Global Recruitment Specialist
This is a highly organized and detail-oriented role that requires strong experience supporting global recruitment teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume recruiting activities, working across regions, and delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide end-to-end coordination support for recruiters across different regions.
- Schedule interviews with accuracy and attention to detail, taking into account multiple time zones.
- Manage high-volume interview scheduling while ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline interview logistics.
- Update and maintain recruiting systems with accuracy.
- Track recruiting activities and provide regular reports and dashboards.
- Support additional recruiting projects and initiatives as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
Qualifications & Skills :
4+ years of Recruitment Coordination experience, with exposure to multiple regions.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to handle high-volume scheduling while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.Excellent follow-up skills; proactive in managing outstanding tasks.Tech-savvy with experience using HR systems and ATS.Flexible to work varied shifts.Strong initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.Work Schedule :
