A leader hiring in the Hospitality sector, specifically full‑service and luxury hotel operations across India. This role sits at the intersection of guest safety, asset protection, regulatory compliance, and operational continuity for a multi‑property hotel group.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Security to lead security operations across all hotel properties in India. The role is responsible for building and executing a proactive security strategy, protecting guests and employees, minimising loss, and ensuring statutory and fire‑safety compliance while maintaining a guest‑centric service culture. This is an on‑site leadership position reporting to senior operations leadership.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy and standard operating procedures for hotel properties—covering access control, CCTV, fire & life‑safety, and incident response.
• Lead, coach, and manage on‑site security teams including recruitment, shift rostering, training, and performance management to ensure 24 / 7 coverage.
• Oversee surveillance, access control, alarm systems, and loss‑prevention programmes; manage vendor relationships for security hardware and services.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, security audits, and vulnerability analyses; drive remediation plans and capital improvement requests.
• Manage incident response and investigations—coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency services and internal stakeholders; prepare incident reports and post‑incident reviews.
• Design and lead crisis management and business continuity plans, including drills, evacuation exercises, and guest / employee communication protocols.
