Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced Head of R&D to lead our Cloud, Data & Mainframe Studio division. This director-level position will shape the future of our engineering and innovation strategy, and will own the execution of our solutions powered by Agentic AI. . The role requires a proven leader with a strong technical foundation, deep expertise in cloud and data engineering, software engineering, and Agentic AI technologies, and the ability to influence change across a diverse, multi-industry consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities -

People Leadership :

• Create the R&D team structure.
• Build and scale a high-performing team of 20+ engineers, mainly based in India.
• Manage and inspire the team to deliver the art of the possible.
• Manage a multi-million-dollar R&D budget and measure team ROI.
