Designation : OPT Recruiter

Experience : 3 - 5 Years

Mandate Skill : End-to-End recruitment for US Clients, US Tax terms W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp, Experience on VMS & ATS, Strong communications and sourcing skills.

Location :

Hyderabad, Uppal NSL ITSEZ Ramanthapur

Mode of Work :

Onsite (Work from Office)

Working hours :

6 : 30 PM to 3 : 30 AM (IST) / EST Times

Notice Period :

Immediate / Looking for Early Joiners (Max 30 Days)

Interview :

In person / Virtual Video Discussion

Key Responsibilities :

Experience : 3–5 years

Need to have W2 / Fulltime hiring experience

Strong experience with end-to-end recruitment for US clients (Direct, Implementing, Prime Vendors)

Excellent communication and sourcing skills

Good knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).

Knowledge with tax terms W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp.

Experience on VMS & ATS.

Clear understanding of Visa processes.

Strong desire to build relationships with clients & candidates.

Hard working and willing to learn.
