Profile : General Insurance - Sales Executive

Experience : 1-3 years (Previous experience in general insurance sales / financial services preferred.)

Salary Range : Upto 22k-25k (Could be negotiated depending upon experience)

Job Overview :

We are looking for a General Insurance - Sales Executive (Male / Female) for our office at Icon Piplod . The role involves generating leads acquiring customers for general insurance products such as health motor and travel meeting clients for discussions and closures and providing after-sales service including policy renewals. The candidate should have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Prior experience in insurance or financial services is preferred and local market knowledge will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

Generate leads and acquire customers for general insurance products (health motor travel etc.).

Meet clients (field visits for male candidates) for discussions quotations and closures.

Provide after-sales service and ensure policy renewals.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Male / Female candidates (male candidates should be open to fieldwork).

Previous experience in general insurance sales / financial services preferred.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Local market knowledge will be an advantage.
