Key Responsibilities :
Sales Functions :
- Engage with potential international customers (via inbound / outbound calls, chat, or email).
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions or product recommendations.
- Convert leads into sales while ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
- Meet or exceed sales targets (daily / weekly / monthly) including upselling and cross-selling KPIs.
- Handle price negotiations, offer promotions, and close deals efficiently.
Customer Service Functions :
Provide Level II support for post-sales queries, complaints, and technical / product issues.Handle escalations from Level I agents with professionalism and problem-solving efficiency.Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer cases while maintaining a high CSAT score.Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, tech support, billing, etc.) for issue resolution.Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.Eligibility Criteria :
Education : Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or equivalent; Graduation preferredExperience : 1–3 years in International Sales and / or Customer Support (US / UK / AUS markets)Communication : Fluent in English with a neutral or regional international accentTech Skills : CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Zendesk), MS Office, live chat toolsSales Knowledge : Strong persuasion, needs analysis, and objection handlingSkills Required
