We are seeking an experienced Area Manager / Bancassurance Health Insurance to drive business with a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry, with at least 4-5 years of experience in the bancassurance channel and a proven track record of success.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive business with the help of a team in the bancassurance channel.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to facilitate business growth.
- Ensure team members are motivated and equipped to meet sales goals.
