People and Organisation is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking P&O HRIS & AI Specialist to lead the digital transformation of our HR systems and data capabilities. In this key role, you will serve as the subject matter expert and business owner for our Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, driving automation, integration, data governance, and actionable analytics across the employee lifecycle. Working together closely with the other HR functions and the IT team, you will partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration, data-driven decision-making, and a best-in-class digital HR experience. This role is instrumental in supporting global and local HR processes while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities :
1. HR Process Optimization & Automation
Document and maintain the process landscape for all essential HR workflows.
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate / digitize HR processes using AI or similar technology to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to deploy scalable, lean digital solutions.
2. HR Solutions Leadership & Implementation
Act as the business owner and super user for the current core HR master data system and its modules.
Develop and implement a roadmap for efficient use and improved employee / user experience of the existing HCM solution (SAP SuccessFactors) together with IT and P&O global teams.
Ensure effective integration of HR systems with enterprise platforms and external vendors.
3. HR Analytics & Reporting
Define and track key HR metrics aligned with strategic goals (e.g., recruitment, retention, engagement).
Develop self-service dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, HCM-native tools) - in alignment with the Business Monitoring team and the company’s KPI governance - to enable data-driven insights.
4. Data Governance & Compliance
Maintain high standards for data integrity, access control, accuracy, privacy, and compliance
Implement and monitor data governance policies across all HR systems and processes.
Participate in Steering Committee (SteerCo) and drive GDPR compliance from an HCM system perspective
5. Change Management & User Adoption
Lead change management initiatives for HR technology rollouts, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and feedback loops.
Promote a culture of digital adoption and continuous learning within the HR function.
6. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Manage relationships with external system vendors and implementation partners.
Serve as the primary liaison between global HR, IT and other relevant functions to ensure project alignment and ongoing support.
7. Training & Support
Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to HR users and business leaders to maximize technology utilization.
Offer expert advice and troubleshooting assistance for HR data and system-related queries from P&O colleagues and Business users
8. Continuous Innovation
Stay current on trends in HR technology and analytics; proactively suggest and pilot innovative automation or AI solutions to improve HR service delivery.
Education : Bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience : Proven experience of at least 5-7 years in implementing, managing and optimizing enterprise HR systems (experience with SAP SuccessFactors required).
Additional Requirements :
Deep understanding of global HR processes across the employee lifecycle, with ability to localize for regional legal and regulatory requirements.
Strong knowledge of HR analytics, metrics, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
Experience in data governance, system integrations, and compliance frameworks (including GDPR).
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage external vendors.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
Experience in a global HR or shared service environment is a plus
