Job Title : Junior Technical Recruiter – ASEAN Market

Location : Chennai (100% Onsite)

About the Role

K2 Partnering Solutions is seeking a driven and collaborative Offshore Recruiter to support our growing hiring needs across Singapore and the ASEAN region. This role is ideal for recruiters who have previously hired outside India, particularly in Southeast Asia, and who thrive in fast-paced, outcome-driven environments. You will partner with our sales and delivery teams to source, engage, and place top-tier IT talent into client projects across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for clients across Singapore and ASEAN.
  • Proactively build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, and direct outreach.
  • Align closely with Account Managers and Delivery teams to understand hiring needs, market expectations, and project timelines.
  • Support candidate experience by managing expectations and guiding them through recruitment, onboarding, and placement stages.
  • Maintain a market-informed approach, leveraging your understanding of regional hiring practices, rate benchmarks, and candidate behaviors.
  • Track recruitment metrics to meet weekly and monthly KPIs.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical sourcing.
  • Proven experience recruiting for roles outside India, ideally within Singapore or other ASEAN countries.
  • Strong communication skills in English; ability to engage regional stakeholders and candidates professionally.
  • High attention to detail, accountability, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Proficiency with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and modern recruitment strategies.
  • Goal-driven with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability.
  • Nice to Have

  • Exposure to contract / contingent hiring in Southeast Asia.
  • Familiarity with client environments in consulting, tech, or financial services.
  • Understanding of local labor trends and hiring regulations in Singapore / ASEAN.
