Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Executive Blending and New Product Development located on-site in North Goa. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing the blending process of spirits, developing new product formulations, and ensuring quality control. The Senior Executive will also collaborate with the research and development team to innovate and enhance products, conduct sensory evaluations, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years Experience in blending processes and quality control
• Skills in new product formulation and development
• Knowledge of sensory evaluation techniques
• Understanding of industry regulations and compliance
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field
• Experience in the distillery or beverage industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
