Experience : Min 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (both white-collar and blue-collar hiring)
Salary : 4.5 Lacs -5.5 Lacs
Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle managing talent acquisition strategies to attract
assess and hire qualified candidates for both Blue collar and white collar requirements across
various roles within the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition :
o Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective
recruitment strategies.
o Create compelling job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms (job
boards social media and company website).
o Source candidates through networking online databases and other innovative
methods.
Candidate Screening and Assessment :
o Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
o Conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications cultural fit and interest in
the role.
o Organize and coordinate interviews with the hiring teams ensuring a positive
candidate experience.
Offer Management :
o Facilitate the offer process including preparing offer letters and coordinating salary
negotiations.
o Conduct background checks and reference checks for prospective hires.
On-boarding :
o Support the on-boarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into
the organization.
o Assist in the preparation of on-boarding materials and training schedules.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting :
o Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate
reports on recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill source of hire).
o Analyse data to track recruitment effectiveness and provide recommendations for
improvement.
Employer Branding :
o Promote the company’s culture and values through outreach and recruitment
events.
o Utilize social media and professional networks to enhance the company's visibility as
an employer of choice.
Skills :
o Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
o Strong interviewing and assessment skills with the ability to build rapport with
candidates.
Attributes :
o Excellent verbal (English Hindi & Malayalam) and written communication skills.
o Strong organizational and time management abilities.
o Proactive resourceful and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
