Job Purpose

Develop CASE business in the assigned area of responsibility conducting the sales activity including : networking with industry influencer's and main stakeholders, prospection of opportunities, business development with existing customers. Business Manager is responsible for the field execution of the Sales Plan in alignment with the Brand strategy and values. As a first line person in the relationship with customers,Business Manager is a trusted business advisor who works on customers' / Dealership best interest.

Key Responsibilities

Primary and Secondary duties :

Contribution to the elaboration of the sales strategy thru deep market analysis within his area of responsibility including economic situation, industry trends, segment potential & competitors.

Achievement of unit sales & profitability in the assigned area of responsibility, maximizing business potential with the help of dealership, existing & prospect customers.

Closely monitoring of dealership accounts business share, Brand reputation & awareness in the area of responsibility

Experience Required

Education / Qualifications : Engineering Background with Construction Equipment experience

Essential experience and skills : 08 to 10 year in same field with same area
