Job Summary :
We are looking for a Junior Support Executive to join our team in Delhi . This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in the IT / software industry. The selected candidates will receive full training on software and will be responsible for providing support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Learn and understand software through structured training.
Provide phone email and remote support to clients regarding software Teachnical Issues.
Understand client queries and resolve or escalate them to the technical team.
Guide clients on basic troubleshooting steps and usage instructions.
Maintain logs of client interactions and issue resolutions
Ensure client satisfaction through timely and professional support.
Requirements : Any graduate
Good communication skills especially in English
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Willingness to learn software and work in a support role.
Positive attitude patience and customer-focused mindset.
