Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Billing Engineer, located in Indore. The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), analyzing rates, and working with billing systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. They will also engage in quantity surveying tasks and apply analytical skills to evaluate and manage project costs effectively. The role requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless execution of billing activities and maintain compliance with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BOQs and expertise in Quantity Surveying
• Strong knowledge of Billing Systems and Rate Analysis processes
• Excellent Analytical Skills for managing and evaluating project costs
• Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy under deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Relevant experience in real estate or construction industry preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Must have 5+ years of experience
