Key role in translating operational challenges into smart, scalable technical solutions

Understand client workflows to develop efficient automation-driven systems and oversee project execution from inception to delivery.

Analyze existing client processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, then design and implement tailored solutions using platforms like Monday.com, Shopify, Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n.

• Design and build API-based integrations with Monday.com boards, Shopify product or order data, CRMs, accounting tools, Google Sheets
• Manage technical implementation projects from planning through delivery, providing technical support and documentation for user adoption and system reliability.

Continuously monitor performance, troubleshoot integration issues, and optimize processes based on metrics and user feedback.
