Aptitude Enhancement Specialist

Job Title- Aptitude Trainer - Initially 01 Trainer Required.

Job Types : Full-time-Regular

Experience : 2-3 years (Preferred).

Eligibility : Masters (Preferred)

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing students of all levels to face the aptitude tests of different organizations / Competitions.

Skills Required :

1. Excellent knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Numerical ability (Verbal Aptitude will be an additional advantage)

2. Ability to effectively utilize shortcuts and tricks for solving problems.

3. Excellent communication and writing skills.

4. Willingness to deliver interactive training sessions.

5. Professional attitude and exhibit excellent work ethics

6. Well versed with the subjects.

7. Ability to train students of all levels.

8. Ability to provide feedback and guidance to students.

9. Ability to motivate and encourage students.

10. Ability to create and deliver engaging lessons.

11. Teaching experience in a classroom or online setting.

12. Computer literacy and familiarity with online teaching platforms.

13. Flexibility and adaptability.

14. Should have his / her own Laptop.

Responsibilities and Duties :

1. Conducting Quant, Verbal, Logical Reasoning, Numerical ability classes.

2. Identifying topics of Aptitude (Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Aptitude, Reasoning and others).

3. Preparing material and worksheets for the same when needed.

4. Preparing the time table & lessons to be delivered to the students.

5. To enhance aptitude skills of students to prepare them for aptitude rounds during campus placement

6. Conducting mock aptitude tests (online & Offline).

7. To conduct as many as possible practice sessions along with regular classroom teaching.

8. Maintaining progress reports with details of students.

9. Any other works assigned by Head.
