About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Member of Technical Staff to join our Payer Integration team within the Chennai R&D Platform & Data Services division, Integration Platform zone.

This role is focused on building enterprise-grade cloud applications and services, with emphasis on complex integrations, large-scale stability, and payer-provider interoperability.

Our vision is to enable value-based care and improve payer / partner-provider collaboration by developing a scalable integration platform that surfaces insights on patient health conditions and enhances provider workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and secure applications / services hosted on cloud platforms.
• Build and maintain integration systems capable of handling billions of transactions per day.
• Write and maintain unit tests, perform peer code reviews, and ensure continuous improvement in code quality.
• Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and propose alternative solutions.
• Implement and adhere to SDLC best practices, architectural patterns, and DevSecOps-driven delivery.
• Contribute to the definition of done within Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine business requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.
• Take ownership of features / services, ensuring end-to-end accountability from design to production support.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Experience : 24 years in software development roles.
