Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity in US Recruitment to work in a dynamic environment to grow the Career.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify strong candidates via various sources such as resume databases (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, , etc.), job postings, social media campaigns, networking, career fairs, and phone calls.
• Should have worked both for W2, 1099 and C2C.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screening with candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Post job openings on various job portals and platforms.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Proactively source candidates to meet staffing requirements.
• Manage and update candidate profiles and job postings within the applicant tracking system.
