Job description3-5 years of analytics-focused experience , ideally with some background in engineering or data. Strong skills in SQL , data analysis, and visualization. Hands-on experience with A / B testing , segmentation , experimentation , and modelling . Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence stakeholders. Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Product or tech company experience is highly preferred . Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Looker, Python, R, Spark, Hive is a strong plus.
Working Setup - Remote
Working Schedule : Monday to Friday, UAE hours
Employment Setup : Contract, initial 1 year can be extended
What You’ll Do
- Act as the go-to data expert for your assigned product / business unit.
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights that inform product and business strategy.
- Design and evaluate A / B tests, experiments, and segmentation strategies.
- Present clear, concise findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Build automated dashboards and reports to support operational decision-making.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits and improvements.
