We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Consultant to handle in-house sales through calls and online channels. The role focuses on converting inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering excellent customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound sales calls and online inquiries
Convert leads into confirmed bookings as per monthly targets
Explain resort offerings, packages, and promotions clearly to guests
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions
Coordinate with reservations and operations teams for smooth closures
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Prior experience in sales, hospitality sales preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable working with targets and incentives
Basic knowledge of CRM / booking systems preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
6 Weekly Offs per Month (as per roster)
