Role Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and creative Content Writer and Designer Trainee to join our team. In this dual-role internship, you'll help us craft compelling narratives and visually engaging content that speaks to our community and drives brand awareness. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both content creation and visual storytelling in a fast-paced, impact-driven startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative, clear, and engaging written content for blogs, social media, campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Design visually appealing graphics, social media posts, infographics, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Research trending topics in mobility, tech, and community development to generate relevant content ideas.
  • Assist in planning and executing social media strategies and content calendars.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure high editorial standards.

Requirements

  • Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Basic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
  • A portfolio or examples of writing and design work (academic or personal projects acceptable).
  • Creativity, proactiveness, and a willingness to learn and take feedback.
  • Passion for storytelling and a good understanding of social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlines.
