ServiceNow SAM Specialist

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Specialist with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation, customization, configuration, integration, and development , along with the ability to design robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and manage ServiceNow SAM modules to optimize software asset lifecycle
• Design and develop solutions including UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Workflows
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and optimize software usage
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for ServiceNow development and SAM processes
