1. Take care of complete lifecycle of recruitment processes
2. Finding suitable CVs from Job Portals, social medial and other resources is major KRA..
3. Compensation and benefits benchmarking systems that fit the company’s HR responsibilities
4. Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
5. Provide support to employees in various HR related activities.
6. Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities such as onboarding, medical checkups, reference checks, staffing, employee life cycle etc
7. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures
8. Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
9. Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics and TA metrics
10. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
11. Plan and run employee engagement initiatives.
12. Handling all HR generalist activities efficiently and effectively as per the assigned timelines.
