Senior / Manager - Doctors Management

Elevate Now is India’s first doctor-led medical weight-loss company with 25+ doctors (diabetologists & endocrinologists) across India. We integrate medical treatment, coaching, and diagnostics to deliver structured metabolic care.

This role is the execution engine of all clinical protocols. You will run training, manage doctor supply, ensure protocol compliance, and maintain flawless day-to-day clinical operations. Ideal for someone proactive, energetic, extroverted, and extremely organised.

Responsibilities :

Execution of Protocols & Clinical Processes Implement all treatment protocols and workflows created by the Clinical Protocol Lead.

Drive 100% adherence and compliance across the entire doctor network.

Conduct audits, quality reviews, and corrective action plans.

Doctor Supply, Hiring & Network Growth Own end-to-end doctor hiring : sourcing, interviews, assessments, and onboarding.

Build and scale a strong doctor pool (full-time, part-time, consultant).

Engage with medical colleges, communities, and networks to build supply.

Training & Performance Management Conduct training sessions, refreshers, and ongoing capability development.

Drive doctor performance—track KPIs, utilisation, SLA adherence, and patient ratings.

Implement improvement plans based on quality and feedback data.

Day-to-Day Clinical Operations Manage scheduling, rostering, and utilisation planning for all doctors.

Ensure seamless coordination between clinical teams, ops, tech, and support.

Rapidly solve execution gaps to maintain a high-quality care environment.

Requirements MBBS / Pharma background; MBA preferred .

5–10 years in healthcare operations, clinical execution, or doctor management.

Strong-headed, proactive, people-centric, and highly execution-driven.

Ability to thrive under pressure with a high level of ownership.

Based in Bangalore; hybrid working model.
