Accounts Associate – Travel Management Accounting

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Associate – Travel Accounting to support and manage end-to-end financial operations within our travel business. In this role, you will be responsible for handling both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across all accounting workflows.

Mode of Work : Work from Home

Key Responsibilities :

• Process vendor invoices and manage customer invoicing, collections, and payment follow-ups.
• Handle travel invoicing and accounting for airline tickets, hotels, tour packages, BSP billing, and manual / Automated package invoices.
• Reconcile bank, BSP, AP, AR, and GDS reports;

ensure accurate postings of receipts and payments.
