Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior RPA Developer to join our Intelligent Automation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in developing and maintaining automation solutions using Blue Prism, Power Automate, and Python. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and reliable automation workflows across various enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain RPA solutions using Blue Prism and Power Automate.
Implement automation for SAP, MS Office Suite, databases, and GUI-based applications.
Create and integrate Python scripts for specialized automation tasks.
Design and implement OCR solutions for multi-language document processing.
Optimize automation performance for large datasets and high-volume transactions.
Implement retry logic, error handling, and alerting mechanisms.
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.
Maintain process documentation, including AS-IS, SDD, and workload volumes.
Support control room operations and monitor bot performance.
Participate in POCs involving AI / LLM tools for OCR and unstructured data.

Required Skills & Experience :

6+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development (Blue Prism required).

Experience with Power Automate and Python scripting.

Strong understanding of SAP and MS Office automation (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Knowledge of OCR tools and multi-language automation (Japanese preferred).

Experience handling large datasets and mitigating performance issues.

Familiarity with error handling, retry logic, and alerting systems.

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Strong documentation and process mapping skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Blue Prism Developer certification.

Exposure to AI / LLM tools like Microsoft Copilot.
