What will you be doing?
End-to-end ownership
of the personal loan process for learners who opt for financial assistance to join NxtWave’s CCBP 4.0 programs.
Transparent explanation
of different course fee structures and financing options available through partnered banks.
Guide and assist students
throughout the loan application and disbursal process, ensuring smooth coordination with financial institutions.
Ensure timely completion
of the loan process setup and verification.
Act as an individual contributor
for the first 3–4 months to gain hands-on experience and build expertise in the personal loan process.
Lead a team of 6–8 Business Development Associates
post the initial phase, ensuring targets are consistently met through effective leadership, motivation, and process excellence.
Conduct webinars and team huddles
to inspire, guide, and train associates on effective communication and conversion strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally
with Operations and Finance teams to resolve disbursal challenges and optimize the learner experience.

Prior
sales experience in financial services, education loans, or EdTech
is a strong advantage.
Leadership mindset

Languages Known :
Native speaker of the respective language.
Must have a
good command of English (spoken and written)
Fluency in English
will be a strong advantage.
Compensation : CTC :
Up to
₹7 LPA
(Based on experience and performance in the selection process)
