About the Role :

OG Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and motivated

Civil Engineer

with 3–5 years of experience to join our on-site team in Nagpur. The candidate will be responsible for managing, supervising, and executing civil construction projects, ensuring timely delivery with high-quality standards and compliance with safety and design specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage on-site construction activities.

Review drawings, plans, and quantities to ensure accuracy.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers for smooth execution.

Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Monitor labor, material usage, and site progress.

Prepare daily progress reports and assist in project documentation.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality protocols.

Requirements : Education :

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience :

3–5 years in civil site execution, infrastructure, or building projects.

Skills :

Strong knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and estimation.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage on-site workforce and multiple project tasks.
