Role Overview
We are seeking a thoughtful, creative, and purpose-driven Content Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will craft compelling narratives and engaging content that reflects Satmi’s ethos and inspires our audience on their journey toward mindfulness, self-awareness, and spiritual growth. You will be responsible for shaping the voice of the brand across multiple platforms and ensuring consistency, clarity, and emotional resonance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Satmi’s mission and brand vision.
- Create high-quality written content for blogs, social media, newsletters, website pages, product descriptions, and marketing campaigns.
- Research spiritual, mindfulness, and personal growth topics to produce informative and insightful stories and articles.
- Collaborate with design, product, and community teams to co-create engaging multimedia experiences (video scripts, storyboards, guided content, etc.).
- Optimize content for SEO, user engagement, brand storytelling, and audience growth.
- Maintain brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all content touchpoints.
- Monitor content performance metrics and iterate to improve reach, resonance, and impact.
- Stay up to date with trends in spirituality, mindfulness, wellness, and digital storytelling.
- Appear on camera for video content, including short-form reels, educational clips, storytelling pieces, and brand campaigns.
Qualifications
Excellent written English and storytelling ability.Interest in spirituality, conscious living, psychology, or wellbeing .1+ years of experience in content creation, content strategy, or editorial roles.Comfortable and confident appearing on camera; prior experience in video shoots or presenting content is a plus.Strong research skills and the ability to produce factually accurate, meaningful content.Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, purpose-driven startup environment.
