SEO Manager (5+ Years)
Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai

To align SEO efforts with brand expectations while setting standards of SEO across the industry.
Experience required :
Min 5 years experience in SEO | Worked on at least 1 ecommerce website
Responsibilities : On-page :
- Plan, implement, manage, monitor clients SERP
- Analyse, Strategise, plan and prepare monthly website strategies and present to
internal and external stakeholders
Respond to and troubleshoot all SEO issuesEnsure that the website and other platforms are following SEO best practicesConduct regular SEO auditsPlan communication aligned with the client’s strategyPlan to improve the User Experience of the website regularlyCollaborate with teams and management to ensure that the website aligns withbrand strategy
Create strategies to increase website organic traffic and improve SERP rankingsKeep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websitesPlan and strategize and track promotional campaigns from an SEO lensOversee responsibilities and timely execution of SEO team membersManage P&L of the teamOff-page :
Link analysis of our brands' competitionMaintain a link tracker along with anchor textReach out and follow up with webmasters / authors of shortlisted websitesNegotiate and close the deal with webmasters / authorsMaintain a list of webmaster contacts from different niche marketsTechnical SEO
Additional responsibilities :
Ensuring the execution team has the correct brief from each client and are able todeliver the work on time
Overseeing creation of pitch decks and internal training as neededGuiding executives and ensuring their work meet Schbang standardsKPIs :
At least 2 blog case studies highlighting business impact through SEO strategiesimplemented (Maximum 1 per brand)
At least 4 instagram and linkedin carousel features for Schbang page highlightingsmall wins through strategy implemented (Maximum 2 per brand)
