Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Champion customer-centric architectural decisions and influence organizational technical strategy across multiple product lines.
  • Lead cross-functional architectural discussions and drive consensus on complex technical decisions affecting multiple teams and business units.
  • Provide technical leadership and architectural mentorship to senior engineers, team leads, and engineering managers across the organization.
  • Establish and enforce enterprise-wide iOS development standards, architectural patterns, and engineering best practices.
  • Own architectural quality and technical debt management across all iOS applications throughout the entire product portfolio.
  • Drive strategic partnerships with platform teams, infrastructure groups, and external technology vendors to influence technical ecosystem decisions.
  • Lead architectural reviews and provide strategic technical guidance for complex system integrations and platform modernization initiatives.
  • Establish technical governance frameworks and lead teams through large-scale architectural transformations and technology migrations.
  • Drive innovation in mobile architecture patterns and establish industry-leading practices for enterprise iOS development.

Technical Skills :

  • 10+ years of iOS development experience with proven track record of architecting and delivering enterprise-scale mobile applications serving millions of users.
  • Expert-level mastery in designing and scaling complex native iOS applications using advanced Swift, Objective-C, iOS SDK, and cutting-edge iOS development ecosystems.
  • Deep expertise with enterprise iOS architecture including Advanced Xcode configurations, complex SPM / CocoaPods dependency management, Human Interface Guidelines at scale, advanced SwiftUI patterns, enterprise UIKit orchestration, and platform-level performance optimization.
  • Mastery of enterprise iOS architecture patterns (Clean Architecture, modular architecture, Domain-Driven Design, VIPER / MVVM-C architectures) with proven ability to design custom architectural frameworks for complex business domains.
  • Expert-level experience in API architecture design, advanced GraphQL implementations, real-time communication protocols at scale, and complex enterprise SDK and platform integration strategies.
  • Advanced expertise with enterprise version control strategies, sophisticated CI / CD pipeline design using Xcode Cloud / Fastlane, comprehensive automated testing architectures including XCTest frameworks, and test-driven development at organizational scale.
