🏢 Must Have : Experience in product-based companies

🔥 What You’ll Own

As a Principal Engineer, you will drive backend + AI initiatives end-to-end, including :

✨ Designing & building scalable backend systems (Java, Spring Boot, Elasticsearch, MongoDB)

✨ Integrating advanced AI capabilities — LLMs, embeddings, vector search, RAG

✨ Evaluating open-source + third-party AI models for production

✨ Building APIs, pipelines & infrastructure for AI-driven features

✨ Solving performance, scalability & security challenges unique to AI systems

✨ Leading code quality, best practices & mentoring developers

✨ Collaborating closely with PMs and engineering teams to ship impactful AI features
